Is fealsúnacht bunaithe ar luachanna é Cleachtas Aisiríoch; tá sé mar aidhm aige caidrimh a thógáil go comhfhiosach, freagairt do dhochar nó coimhlint ar bhealach a léirionn meas ar chaidrimh, agus a nascann muid leis an leagan is fearr dínn féin agus lena chéile. Tá LCC ag forbairt mar scoil aisiríoch; fáiltímid roimh an bhfealsúnaíocht aisiríoch agus is mian linn é a chur i bhfeidhm. Tá sí seo bunaithe ar fheasacht roinnte go bhfuil gaol eadrainn uile, go bhfuilimid idirnasctha agus gur daoine maithe muid uile go smior.
I LCC/CNT tá an grúpa múinteoirí atá ag dul i mbun oiliúna faoin gCA/RP ar bhonn leanúnach, baineann sé seo le modúil foghlama ar líne agus bualadh le chéile go rialta mar ghrúpa chun plé agus machnamh a dhéanamh ar an gcaoi ar féidir linn mar phobal scoile ár gcumas CA/RP a mhéadú a leabú níos doimhne fós.
Tá an-áthas orainn i mbliana ceachtanna RP a chur ar fáil faoi stiúir Oide Nic Thomáis agus Oide Kinsella dár gcuid daltaí1ú, 2ú agus san idirbhliain. Le linn an chláir deich seachtaine foghlaimeoidh na daltaí go léir faoi Chleachtas Aisiríoch agus conas caidrimh a thógáil trí chumarsáid dhearfach.

Restorative Practice is a values-based philosophy; it aims to consciously build relationships, respond to harm or conflict in a way that honours relationships, and connects us to our best selves and to one another. Luttrellstown Community College is in the process of growing a restorative school; we are embracing and living the restorative philosophy; which is based on a shared awareness that we are all profoundly relational, interconnected and inherently good.
In LCC we have an ever growing group of teachers who are engaging in continuous training in RP, this involves engaging in online learning modules and meeting regularly as a group to discuss and reflect on how we as a school community can grow our RP capacity to even deeper levels.
This year we are delighted to be able to provide RP lessons led by Oide Nic Thomáis and Oide Kinsella to all our 1st, 2nd and TY students. During the ten week programme students will learn all about Restorative Practice and how to build relationships through positive communication.
